Promote is a digital learning transfer platform, that helps make learning stick. Promote is based on scientific research and best practises.

We use Promote as a part of our training programs,  in addition to the 70-20-10 model.

Promote supports business impact results, engages the supervisors to the training programs and enables remote sparring. In addition, Promote provides feedback on the progress of the training.

CASE EXAMPLE OF PROMOTE’S IMPACT ON A TRAINING PROGRAM

CASE PEAB

We trained 200 of PEAB’s supervisors in Finland as a part of a Nordic project. The results were outstanding.

  • 91 % of the participants discussed the goals of their personal development with their supervisor before the program started
  • 86 % of the supervisors were engaged to the project
  • 80 % reported that learning transfer took place
  • 75 % of the PEAB participants thought that Promote supported the impact of the training program
